9). Sprinkle rice in a single layer over the chicken curry, as well as marination liquid (garam masala, coriander leaves, and ginger-garlic paste).

10). Place a lid on the pan, and let it cook for 15 minutes with the lid on.
11). Open the lid, and drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil to get it well cooked. Turn off heat, cover the pan, and rest for 5 minutes. Remove ¾ of the rice in a serving bowl.
