Step 3: After the required time, add chopped onion and fry till they turn wonderful golden brown.
Step 4: Now add the tomatoes to this mixture. It will take about 6-7 minutes to cook completely. Turn off the heat source.
Step 5: Now heat oil or ghee in another pan on medium flame and add Methi leaves. Add freshly Ironed or Chopped Fenugreek leaves.
After about 3-4 minutes, add Turmeric Powder and chilly powder. Stir well and fry for another 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Step 6: Add Soya Sauce, Salt, and sugar to it. Now turn off the heat source and keep aside for 4-5 minutes on slow flame with the lid closed.
Step 7: Now, add this mixture to the cooked tomato mixture. Add Coriander leaves and mix them well.
Step 8: Serve it with Naan, Paratha, or Chapathi.
