- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste (less black pepper if you don’t want it spicy)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly to room temperature.
Direction
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together the cream cheese, hot sauce, and panko in a small bowl.
2. Add the green onion and cilantro, stirring to combine well. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Stir in the chicken until evenly coated.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
