  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 60 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:

3. Add 3/4 cup of the sugared vodka to the coconut and stir to dissolve for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes or so.

4. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract (if you want the alcohol taste to be more pronounced).

5. Pour in another 1 cup of vodka, then add 3 drops of yellow food coloring.
