Step 2. Cut carrots into small pieces, put them in a pot with water, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender.

Step 3. Place the carrots with potatoes in a bowl, add oatmeal or rice (1 cup for meat dishes). Add vegetable sauce and mix it well by hand. Add salt, pepper, and butter (or oil) to your taste.

Step 3. 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready, add rice to a pot with water, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of butter (or oil). Cook on low heat until tender.

Step 4. Place cooked rice and eggs with sour cream into a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of butter (or oil) to the mix. Mix well.

Step 5.  Place vegetables in the center of a plate, add boiled potatoes inside vegetables. Add the rice mixture on top of the potatoes and serve it hot.

If you like your dish to be more juicy and spicy, you can add more vegetable sauce on top (1-2 tablespoons).
