Step 1.

Prepare the pears, cut them into small pieces, and keep them aside. Now heat a pan and put oil in it. After the oil becomes warm enough, add chopped onions to it and fry them till they become golden brown.

Step 2.

After the onions are ready, add the green chilly and fry it for a few seconds. After that, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes. Add all the dry spices, i.e., Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, and Salt. Make sure you mix everything well and keep stirring until everything becomes fragrant (around 1 minute).

Step 3.

After that, add the beef and potatoes and keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4.

Add the tomato puree and cook everything for 10-15 minutes.

Now add the peas to it and cook for another 5 mins until all the ingredients become soft (around 7 mins).

Step 6.

After that, add ginger garlic paste to it and mix well in the curry (1 min).

Add the tomatoes to it and mix well with the other ingredients (around 2-3 mins). Cook for another 2 more minutes.

Step 8.
