Step-1. Clean and cut the pork into short pieces. Wash, peel, and slice the onion. Trim off the root and leaves from the carrot and wash it thoroughly.
Step-2. Put all ingredients in an onion bowl, mix them well and shape them into a ball. Leave to sit until needed.
Step-3. Preheat the oven to 400 ˚F (200 ˚C). Line a bread tin with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Add the meatball mixture, cover with the lid and bake for 10 minutes.
Step-4. Meanwhile, bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the Worcester sauce and salt. Add the meatball mixture, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked all through, stirring occasionally.
Step-5. When done, drain off any remaining liquid from the pot (or use this to make soup if you would like). Set aside until needed (it can be refrigerated or frozen). This will be your curry sauce.
Step-6. Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces. Cut two fried chicken or pork pieces into bite-sized pieces and then dice them into little cubes.
Step-7. Add the onion, fried chicken or pork, miso, and curry sauce to a bowl and stir until well mixed. Leave to sit for 20 minutes before serving (it can be refrigerated). Serve with rice and other toppings if desired.
