  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind Extract

To Grind

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Coconut Bits
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 stick Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Plain Coriander Powder
  • 1 Dry Red Chili

Method:

Step-1. Wash and clean all the crabs till removing all the excess water and flesh.

Step-2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let it splutter, add onions and saute till they turn pink.

Step-3. Add chopped coconut, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well, making sure that the coconut is evenly distributed along with the other spices.

Step-4. Add water, tamarind extract, coriander powder, and red chili. Stir well and add the cooked crab meat also. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes till the gravy turns thick.
