Method

Step 1. Wash and cut prawns into bite-size pieces. Wash and chop curry leaves, coriander leaves, and slit green chilies. Heat coconut oil in a wok or Kadai, and add garlic paste and ginger paste.

Cook for two minutes on medium flame, then add prawns. Stir for two minutes, add red chili powder, small green cardamoms powder, and salt to taste, and cook for five minutes, stirring often. Add coriander leaves, curry leaves, and slit green chilies and mix. Cook for two minutes on medium flame.

Step 2. Add two cups of water and cover the pan. Cook for five to ten minutes on medium flame. The curry looks perfect with freshly made White Rice. 

Serve hot with freshly made rice or rotis or naan as you wish!
