Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds raw, unflavored chicken wings
  • 6-12 finely chopped fresh Thai peppers pounded in the mortar and pestle
  • 2 tbsp green Tabasco
  • 1/2 8 oz can lite coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger paste
  • 1 package Shan chicken white karahi mix
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

Steps-1. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings on a pan and bake following the company’s instructions (approximately 20 minutes).

Steps-2. Place the cooked chicken wings into a mixing bowl and toss the chicken with Shan chicken white karahi mix until all coated.

Steps-3. In another mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, Tabasco, ginger paste, 2 tbsp of oil, and coconut milk.

Steps-4. Arrange the chicken wings in an oven-proof casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ˚C (350 ˚F).

Steps-5. Take out from the oven, sprinkle chopped Thai peppers and green Tabasco and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
