How To Make Irish Curry Recipe?

The Irish curry recipe is simple to make, so let’s get started! The key to this recipe is copping the sauce right. The sauce combines traditional curry ingredients, yogurt, and spices. Start by chopping your onions and potatoes into cubes.

Add about 3 tbs oil to a pan on medium heat and add your onions, garlic, and potatoes. Once you have them all chopped in, cover the pan with a lid, turn the heat up to medium-high and let it cook until they’ve softened. This should take about 15 – 20 minutes.
